Hire Ukrainians:
Stand with Ukraine
OUR MISSION
Help Ukrainian Refugees Find Their Jobs
Our goal is to facilitate recruitment of Ukrainians by means of:
Finding Employers: We actively seek out employers in Ireland who can benefit from hiring Ukrainian workers. We understand the specific sectors, such as manufacturing, farming, and general operations, where there is a shortage of skilled labor, and we connect these employers with talented Ukrainian candidates.
English-Ukrainian Communication: We bridge the language gap by providing English-Ukrainian communication support to employers. Our team assists with translations, ensuring effective communication during the recruitment process and facilitating smooth interactions between employers and Ukrainian candidates.
Resume Writing Support: Many Ukrainian workers do not have access to computers or face challenges in creating professional resumes. We offer resume writing support, helping candidates showcase their skills, qualifications, and experience in a compelling manner. This service enhances their chances of being noticed by potential employers.
Post-Recruitment Support: Our commitment doesn't end with the hiring process. We provide ongoing post-recruitment support to both employers and Ukrainian workers. We serve as a liaison, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise, ensuring a successful integration of Ukrainian workers into the Irish workforce.
Pre-Screening and Qualification: To streamline the recruitment process, we conduct thorough pre-screening of Ukrainian candidates. This includes assessing their skills, qualifications, and experience, ensuring that only the most suitable candidates are presented to employers for consideration.
